The law should just pretain to those who are active emergency personal at the accident not being able to photograph and then limited to the victims images, the autos and crash scene should still be open to photo's, normal private citizens should not be restricted from photgraphing anything.

Once this passes it's a baby step to not being allowed to photograph or video record police officers and other authority figures who are performing their jobs in an official capacity.

A resolution to avoid an evil is seldom framed till the evil is so far advanced as to make avoidance impossible.
