That's right- Do you have Wallace and Grommit? The characters ride this bike in the cartoons.
The parcel shelf in the side car had the characters on display. I would taken more pictures but there were so many people it was hard to get anything without sharp elbows.

My uncle had one (I think it was this type) and although I sat in the side car I never went anywhere in it Sorry

Maybe I was too small...
