just use the attachment feature and insert them directly from your computer to the post you're making. Real easy.
Don't use the quick reply when you want to upload an image to the site, just use "new reply" and at the bottom below the send/preview buttons, you'll see the attachment uploader.
There's also a gallery here for members to use if you want.
