Maybe 10 years ago I had a German Shepard show up one afternoon, he ate up all the cat food and I tried to chase him away. He sat on my porch and barked when someone walked by the house like he was protecting me, I tried to chase him away again. I ended up calling animal control and the came and got him......I still regret that.

That makes me sad. I hope his family found him, I hate to think of the alternative.
