That has nothing to do with now though. Frank didn't have jack shit loaded on his VPS that he could have. I'm saying NOW, the new server, the only way "God" could have loaded anything to protect them beyond whatever the host offers is if they have a VPS now. And I sincerely doubt Duchess is going to pay $20ish a month for VPS hosting for 1 site.
In all honesty Twitch, you'd benefit from it with all the plethora of sites you have. Combine them all onto a single VPS and run a LOCAL MySQL server on the VPS instead of a remote one like you have now. Thats the only problem with IX, they don't have their MySQL server on the same machine as their WebServer, and so it can cause lag problems if the MySQL server becomes overloaded but the webserver doesn't. I've never liked that layout. Have 20% fewer users on each physical machine, and host both servers on that machine is far better layout.
