The sitting US Presidents were Woodrow Wilson who promised to keep the US out of WW 1 and them promptly got us in and authored the Treaty of Versailles which essentially caused WW 2.

The other was Theodore Roosevelt who was terribly hawkish, was a "give em hell" military man and whose favorite statement was "Speak softly and carry a big stick".

REALLY deserving of the PEACE PRIZE, weren't they?
