Poor kitty! Good thing he's been taking care of! He reminds me of my BF kitty... He was almost dead when we found him under a neighbors car... Now he's happy! And I hope yours will be a happy cat too! Huge hugs!

0 I will get some up dated pics, He had his second vet visit today, even the vet was surprised that his eyes were a little better, He didn't talk about euthanasia today at least.
I think He will keep his eyes but he may be blind or have very limited vision, but we don't care. He has taken a real liking to my wife.

0 That is good news. When I saw that you posted in this thread I was almost afraid to open it.
I'm glad to hear that he is improving, even if it is just small steps at this point. 0 I thought you all might like to see, hear another update on my Kitty.
While He is blind in one eye and can't see out of the other one ( its stitched closed) He has made a friend, My Girl Maggie has kinda adopted the kitten and takes the time to play with him several times a day. He gets His stitched eye open on monday, the Vet still thinks he will be blind and might still lose his eyes, we will see, The kitty is energetic and healthy, growing like a weed.

0 He looks so much better! So nice to see the dog taking care of him. She probably senses he's weaker than the others and will be his body guard.
Little fuzz ball looks like he's full of piss and vinegar!
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 What great news to come home too.
Not sure how a cat will cope blind, but I know deaf cats do really well, he will adapt

0 He looks a lot better than in the first pic!
I'm sure he'll be just fine even if he is totally blind. I had a cat when I was a kid that went completely blind and he did very well. Most times you forgot he could no longer see. Good to see Cruiser has a friend he can play with.

0 Our cat was diagnosed with feline leukemia and we were told he had months to live. We tried to get my brother to shoot him and put him out of his misery as he weighed about 5 lbs. Brother couldn't do it, and good thing. Kitty lived another 7 years or so as a fat happy cat that enjoyed life to the fullest.
Blessings to your kitty!!!! |
