RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - twisteroo - 09-29-2010 Hey...that looks pretty damn spiffy!! RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - Jamminitin - 12-06-2010 Old lights-ick. [attachment=1460] Old tile. [attachment=1461] Working on it. [attachment=1462] New Shelf [attachment=1463] New flooring [attachment=1464] One of two sinks. Had one long vanity with one sink. Put in the two separate sinks and the linen closet in between. The linen closet had clear glass so I added the rice paper design with those window "frosting" kits. We did all the work ourselves except the plumbing of the sinks. [attachment=1465] View of second sink. The pictures really don't do the room justice. It is dreamy. [attachment=1466] RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - Twitchin Kitten - 12-06-2010 I love those sinks. I see them in the stores and wish I had the room to put one in my bathroom. When we finish the computer room.... (yeah we had progress this week. He put two more pieces of sheetrock up and the taper is coming tonight to look. Maybe he'll kick Matt in the ass and get him to finish! ) The bathroom is next. I saw a great idea in one of the Home Depot flyers that come to the house - they made recessed shelving into the sheetrock/wall and it looked nice. This will give us so much more room - especially for the robes and stuff hung behind the door. My only bathroom is 5' x 8'. A friggin' closet. RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - Jamminitin - 12-06-2010 How do I remove the attachment file? It was an accident to add it. RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - Twitchin Kitten - 12-06-2010 I don't see an attachment file. Did you manage it? You can manage your attachments from your user control panel too. RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - Jamminitin - 12-06-2010 I guess I did.... RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - twisteroo - 12-06-2010 I really like the shot of the hands holding the camera. Who is that? Those old lights look like they still have some use left in them. Funny you should say that about the lights. I live in hillbilly country so I gave them to a redneck down the road to use. RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - twisteroo - 12-06-2010 "Gave" them, Or left them by the trash can at the curb? RE: Upstairs bathroom remodel. - Jamminitin - 12-06-2010 I actually gave them. Those things are so ugly I would have took a hammer to them if I wasnt so generous-haha. |
