I know we discussed this at Mock a while ago, but when I drink, I frequently get severe anxiety a day or two afterwards... so bad I can barely sleep. It's really strange and yet another good reason not to drink at all.

Alcohol will sometimes do that to me too. It's a depressant and I can tell so when I've overdone it, I get the sads.

Yep, I've noticed that for years, if I get really loaded I have to go though about 3 days of depression afterwards.
