Alcohol will sometimes do that to me too. It's a depressant and I can tell so when I've overdone it, I get the sads.

Yep, I've noticed that for years, if I get really loaded I have to go though about 3 days of depression afterwards.

Yes-That's it. I will get the Sunday nite blues times 10 if I drank alot on Saturday.

I just get hungover and bounce back. I'm too old for this hangover shit though. It's not fun anymore.

I'm gonna stop drinking completely for awhile again, no more white trash box wine.
After I finish up the one I'm working on now of course.
