Not many, I've shocked my self hundreds of times with bigger banks than that, and the worst I've got is a couple small contact burns. It was just a flash cap i picked out of a disposable camera. Low amp DC voltage you'll get burned at worst not die, unless your ticker is jacked up already.

Which most people don't realize.

I pissed on an electric fence once. Very low current, but man was THAT an eye opener!
(I had pissed on it many times before, and it had never been electrified. Apparently the farmer had decided to change that. Probably from me and my sister sneaking in and stealing apples and blueberries Biggrin )

Most capacitors for flashes are in the range of 20 milliamps. It takes from .5 amps and up to enter the fatality zone.

To clarify for the ignorant...
0.5 Amps is the same as 500 milliamps.
Which means...
20 milliamps is the same as 0.02 Amps.

Do be careful with your electronic equipment though. It only takes 3 volts at 1 milliamp to fry a modern circuit board, and it takes 30 volts for a human to feel a static shock at that amperage. Enjoy.

Wow... that's a lot of effort to go to for a 'practical joke'. Good grief.

They're lucky someone didn't get seriously hurt or drowned. What if a kid fell in there? Or a woman carrying a baby? Chrise.
Why yes, I am in fact mocking you.
