Probably because you were smarter than he was. Hope it was very painful for him at the end. Check out the creepy pics they posted of him on that memorial page. He was definitely batshit insane.

When TK and I were sued by him I hired a lawyer too. That lawyer suggested I come down to "pay my last respects" That one email was worth the retainer I paid for him.

That's some pretty bad advice from him. That family is watching you like a hawk and fucking ITCHING to sue you for anything they can think of.

This fuck knew in August he didn't have long to live. All he had to do was apologize to me. And turn over all the email accounts he has in my name. but did he? nope. Because he kept his stalking up until he physically couldn't. He wracked up quite a legal bill just on the phone calls from his lawyer telling him to stay offline and leave me alone.

I just found out about this today. I can't really wish cancer on anyone but it is a very good thing that he can't stalk and harrass people any more.

I can't feel sorry for his family either since they enabled his behavior. They could have done something but they didn't. If they truly cared about the guy they would have made him get help but instead they let him waste his life filing frivolous lawsuits and pretending to be a 15 year old on the internet. They're more to blame for his harrassing people online and in real life than he is because the guy obviously had some serious mental issues.

I'm certain his wife knew. She never showed up with him for any of his court appearances and I know for a fact she bailed him out of jail in Va when they arrested him the first time. He made bail once he turned himself in in NJ and they say she bailed him out here too. If he rears his ugly head again online you KNOW its her doing it and I'll catch her too. He wasn't sick in the head, he was a sociopath.

Still irks me he got away with it by dying.

I wouldn't put it past that family. Too much just doesn't add up.

I've wondered in the past, maybe mentioned to you in IM, if his wife didn't help him out with this shit sometimes...
