Geeze, the time nerds have their own language? I'll have to grab a 12 pack and create my own alphabet this December.

Did you grab the right one for your operating system?
Did you install it after unzipping?

It works fine for me. When you run the program it opens a notepad and you follow the instructions. Don't look for a cursor if there isn't one. Just type.

This all still just sounds like pissing in a snow bank to me.

Got the file for windows.
Hit the exe file and ZERO.

Hmm.... I've been playing around with it a little bit just now on that tiny netbook and it's throwing an error that it can't find some file "javaw.exe" and shuts down. I took the java file and still no joy. I updated java fully, and it works just fine if you double click the Gallifreyan application in the application.windows folder that shows after you unzip.

Update Java here http://www.java.com/en/

That's not it.

I have the current version, no old ones hanging around.
