I really wanted the style- it has a removable chin guard which hopefully will be less claustrophobic as a full face (which I just can't do) with a jaw protector, visor and sun visor. Doesn't come with a night visor (like Phil's) but then just to add that it creeps into expensive.

The colour choice was matt black, plain black, shiny shiny black or pink with butterflies, which is no choice at all!
Kathryn checked the book because she thought one of the 'black's may have been blue, or even looked for blue with butterflies.

The price limits the options I guess. £80, cheapest helmet I have bought for the extras and I know Kathryn only sells the highest rated for safety. Think it's another Italian - but not Dutch I know that!

Greetings from Troutville, VA......via Klingerstown, PA to Conover, NC and back north to Troutville

They asked me just before I got done yesterday if I would do this trip (they were kinda stuck for a driver) and I jumped on it. Had to go home.....do a turn and burn (10 hours off log then right back to it) and be in Conover by 9 AM today. Made it there at 7:30 and they had me empty and rolling by 8:45!

Had JUST enough time left to get up here and can roll again at 9:30 tonight. That should put me back at the shop around 3:30 AM Friday morning. After filling the reefer tank, fueling the truck and finishing paperwork I should be in the pickup and heading home around 4:15. Then I don't have to do shit for the company till I call in on the 11th for my load on the 14th.

Got stuff to do at home but I can sleep past 1 AM for the next 8 days. PLUS......I don't have to play in traffic

The timing works pretty well so that I won't really have to deal with holiday traffic. Maybe a little till around 11 PM but after that it should be like a friggin grave yard on the road. Works for me!
