Good pics, but I just can't help but to be thankful that I've never shopped there. All that water running in the place can't be good.

it never used to be that way, honest Injun! the last cuple of years the owner, just never fixed nothin, not one damn thing! it got to the point shit was always broke and if I wanted it fixed I had to fix it. Well one day I had enough, I stopped fixing anything. then others did as well. then he just seemed to stop paying bills, our supplier dropped us, then other vendors dropped us, its like he just gave up!

I have had meetings after meetings and he just doesn't give a shit, he says he cares but doesn't do anything. at 74 I knew he was wanting to call it quits even though he said he didn't. we used to be the largest meat/butcher shop in this area, hell I employed 17 people ( most shops have 4 ) it was nothing to go through 90K and double it, trust me he made his millions twice fold.


it makes no sences to me, then a few months ago he said he may close, so I started the liq proceedings, then he told us to stop we found a new supplier and we were good, we had them for about two months then he just stopped paying them again. he can't remember what we talk about most of the time he just repeats himself, honestly I think he has Dementia or Alzheimer's. he's never been married, has no kids and all 14 brothers and sisters have no say in the biz, they, being an ole school tally family ( yes they all came over on a lil boat I hear this shit daily ) they don't dare to bump him out of the way cause it tradition! no, they just lie to me like I am some un educated punk from the hood.

right now, I am unsure what tomorrow may bring. I do know this, I have an out and I may take it sooner then I told them.

I must say I am glad I also never purschased meat from that store.

That being said, it must be sad to leave after so long. What will you be doing now?

well I asked Not for judgement, Just wanted to share my lil story with yall. you know, I work 7 days a week Slaughtering, cutting, training, to feed folks and sell my wares, only to have regretted this thread.

So I ask at this time for a Mod or admin to remove it.

From here on out I am never going to move another post by someone playing cry baby because he can't understand what's written in front of him. Yeah, I'm a little pissed.

This isn't the first request to have a post moved because someone got their feelings hurt due to comments made. The rules clearly state that if you post something controversial you need to man up and take it.

There is nothing in this post that warranted it to be hidden or deleted. Just know that any post that is asked to be deleted is usually tucked away someplace in case it's requested to be returned.

Eric got all butt hurt because people are grossed out at the meat on the floor, bugs in the meat and the filth and flooding. Well he didn't exactly paint the place he works in a good light did he? All your comments are civil and not out of line.

From now on it'll be more likely that I lock a thread vs move it for sissy butt hurt feelings. You have the right to fight back. Or you can do like Eric did tonight and call me a bitch, sit on a bottle and to fuck off, then stomp his feet and claim to never come back. Don't worry, He can't even see the site anymore.

I'm sure that Jammin or myself meant no judgement, just kind of a general observation of what is in the pics. Anyway, no appoligies, no tearful hugs, no hurt feelings I hope. That all being said.

What have you got got lined up Eric?
I has got to really suck, after putting years into a place and having to move on through no fault of your own. I know it's easy for me to say, being that I don't have to deal with it, but you never know, you might end up better off in the long run.

Twitch, go easy on him, I quite sure the whole ordeal is pretty trying for Eric.
