I sat here on the internet for 2 hours looking up each name of drug and the side effects and it's mind blowing that they get away with this. I don't know who I want to kill first.

We were just talking about this at work last week... you see those commercials that make it sound like your life will drastically improve when your arthritis is gone, until the guy starts talking really fast and mentions the medication can damage your kidney, liver, cause paralysis, has the potential for strokes and brain tumors...

Start with the pharmacist.... take notes on all their excuses. Take names and position of every person you talk to.
Do the same with the doctor and then call your state board of medicine. Report all of them.

Make sure your mom's prescriptions that you took away were all active and not things she had discontinued from the doc and she kept the leftovers of. They have no responsibility nor way to know if she's been hoarding old meds.

They were all recent, thats whats crazy. And they were all prescribed by different doctors. Normally my mom is competent so I don't get much into her business, but the Parkinsons disease is progressing and this is the third time I've found her totally screwed up out of her mind on pills.

She has a neurologist, primary doctor, arthritis doctor, and a psychiatrist because she's on disibility and they force her to go even though she doesn't need it.

Time to get new docs... start with ONE and still some of this falls on the pharmacist. If it's the SAME pharmacy, they should have known!

Her GP should know what the others are prescribing too. Mine does, it's doctoring 101 for shit's sake!
