OK! So either this is very late for some for too early for most, including me.
I intend to go to bed (it's 5.40am) and Mark has just dropped me off so he can go onto work. I hope for about 3 to 4 hours kip before the hospital call me. Then I guess my days will be booked up.
Philip spun off his bike at 11.30pm and will be going into surgery shortly. We have been told he is a very luckly lad, so far. The scans show no internal injuries and he is very 'verbal', hence his crash helmet did the job. Both femurs are broken, the right one is shattered and needs to be plated. Loads of others things are going on, too much to bore anyone with. He is in High Dependancy tonight but will moved after the op to Intensive.
Sit tight, I'll tell TK when I know more. Nighty night (or 'morning).
