Please tell me the woman in the black and white photo is NOT Debbie Harry!

A friend posted these two images of Debbie with Iggy Pop and I pointed out the black & white was NOT Debbie Harry. Some very irate woman in Australia has decided to argue with me that I'm an idiot and wrong. "She could have had some surgeries"

Google / yahoo search says that's an ad from Paco Raban with her, but if you search Debbie Harry 2016 NONE of the images of her look like that.

Her heart shaped face, nose, lips and eyes are what I compared.
