I am more concerned over eager doctors are going to start charging you with child abuse for smoking in your house or near them.

im really thinking the whole reason the criminalizing of tobacco that is going on now is just an offshoot of the war on weed, because weed activists have long used cigarette smoking as a comparative act for a lot of their platform. I personally think cigarettes are 1000x worse than pot becaue they really don't even do shit but raise blood pressure and give you cancer sometimes, maybe you get a nice buzz if you smoke 3-4 cigs a week for 3 minutes but really if theres a pack of cigs and apack of joints beside each other on the table with a sign thats says "help yourself" which one do you think is going to be empty first?

I haven't even heard of this bullshit about smoking in cars. I don't like it for personal reasons and wont' let matt smoke in my cars and trucks, but as a law in my own vehicle / personal property? Bullshit.

Right. I dont like smoking in closed spaces without ventlation or a window open. However, I have the personal choice of getting up and leaving. In a car I have the right to change my seat bitch or even drive my own vehicle.

But it's my choice. Not some restrict law that choke monitors and strips you if funds.

also them using kids as a excuse to tell you what you can and cant do is bullshit if i want to smoke in my car and theres a kid and you think i'm an unfit parent/guardian for doing that the problem runs a fuckton deeper than a swirl of second hand smoke in a car...
