Ticketmaster asked me to REVIEW my experience Saturday.

That page doesn't show my review yet. But hang onto the link. Maybe it will show. There are mixed reviews that are two years old there right now. They won't like mine. I bet they wont' even publish it.

Ha ha ha ha a few more reviews are in for this show and you KNOW mine is not in there. Apparently only kiss-ass positive reviews are allowed.

Oh this RHPS experience gets better and better! So before we were let in, we entered a thing to win a weekend in AC. Cool right? Wrong.

Matt gets a call on Saturday while I was out and apparently I won. There are big strings attached. We have to sit through 3 hours of time share sales spiel. Now, that was not listed on the contest posters or in any fine print anywhere. And it's classic bait and switch which is illegal.

ALL the stuff we "won" is also full of restrictions. No weekends, no June July or August, just no, no, no, no, not here, not now not not not. Fuck that.

Top it off they wanted us to go down on this coming saturday. Forget it.

So I call and try to cancel and back out. The girl is giving me all kinds of sales crap. I keep telling her the promotion was an illegal bait and switch and she kept telling me I don't understand. Bullshit. I understand perfectly. I'm telling her to give it to someone else and she's telling me I don't understand. I think she has it backward.

I read her the riot act and told her that if I get so much as one phone call or spam email I'm going to raise holy hell on the entire organization. Then I sent an email making sure they understand.

I don't need a fucking time share in a shit resort in AC! I can drive down any time I like in about an hour or less. If I want to go to the beach in NJ I can go out my driveway and hang a left for about 1/2 mile and sit in the sand and come home sticky from salt air for free. Or I can drive a mile and go over the bridge to Seaside and watch the freak show. Why would I spend $40K on a time share in a fucking slum? AC outside the casinos is a goddamn slum. I'm pretty sure there are much better places to vacation. In fact I'm sure of it.

You cannot promote a free weekend without telling people there are strings attached like that. OH and she kept trying to tell me we're still in the drawing for that free weekend if we take this time share deal. I told her to give it to someone stupid enough to fall for the scheme.

Oh dear lord yes won something similar once "free cruise" you just had to pay tax titles entilements blow me fees cheap technically but I wasn't ready to lay out 800 even for 4 people on Disney for a week and still pay spending money.
