I get into some great conversations with some of our clients.
Today Nat' was having access to her little boy, which she can have every day through his foster parents. They sound like a nice family, she is glad he is with them, although understands she may never get him back.
She was telling me what they were doing and how polite he is, saying please and thank you. Then she swore and Leo (her boy) looked up.
'Mummy that is a bad word and you are naughty using it in front of children'
She said she agreed with him and said she was very sorry and would be more careful, and should he smack her hand for being naughty. No, that was bad too, it might hurt and upset her and he didn't want her to cry. Then he finished, 'Just don't use bad words in front of children, baby Becky may learn the word'
Leo is 3
