He went to move the chopping board, saw Andy's knife said he could see it sliding down the board and thought 'Oh s**t!' It landed tip end so the knife stood upright in the fleshy part under his thumb in his hand. Mark said it landed with much the same effect as when he goes knife throwing at the wall. He wasn't even doing any prep' at the time. He went back to work today and the knife was in the office (evidence for 'Heath and Safety') so the gruesome staff were measuring the knife tip against the width of the wound so they could see how deep it went in! It was majorly sharp but will have to be destroyed now because the tip is bent, where it hit the bone. Anyone feeling ill yet?

0 Not me! I've seen worse. I've had worse done to me. I've had to physically touch worse and better yet, smell worse! Now can you tell me why they need 'evidence' for health and safety? You guys have a department overseeing damn near everything!
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

Yes I can, my father-in-law (didn't tell you this) visited on the Sunday with a Birthday card, always comes with 'money, then remembered he had forgotten to bring a bottle of wine. Everyone gets a bottle of wine for their birthday (or Champagne for special celebrations). So since he forgot he asked 'Red or White?' I jokingly said 'Yes Please!' Yesterday there were 2 bottles waiting for me in the porch, one of each. Only Eric called to make sure I found them and reminded me not to use the red for 'mulled wine' it was too special for that. He hasn't forgotten the bottle he gave us when we bought our first house in 1983. £24 a bottle and I topped up the spiced wine we had on the stove for visitors with it I also saw my first unset diamond too. Eric has decided his shares could be in danger in this climate so he bought a Dutch diamond, which he brought over to show us. Mark is going spare he wants his father to get rid of assets and he is getting more! I just hope Eric lives for ever, his Will is going to be a nightmare to settle. |
