0 Who the hell would pay $900.00 for a pedestal sink in the first place? $300 - $350, yeah.
Personally I prefer a bathroom sink to at least a single door cabinet underneath and installed into the counter is even better yet.

0 When your bathroom is as big as my whole house, you pay $900 for a sink.
When your bathroom is that big, you don't need a cabinet under your sink because the massive storage space in the bathroom FURNITURE - that's right, furniture - holds all those toiletries and linens. So, besides the $5000 steam shower with environment, whirlpool tub, bidet and toilet, Italian marble floors and walls, you have a pair of $900 sinks

0 And we won't get into the sound system in the bathroom along with the TV and other video components.

0 I don't care if I was worth a trillion bucks....I still wouldn't pay that much for a crummy pedestal sink! Well......maybe if it was made of polished brass, but damn sure not for a porcelain one.

0 Jammin, many sinks in Home Depot look like those that are sold to custom homes. My sister in law bought a sink that was 18" across for a service bathroom in 1986 for $1200 and today I see the same styles in Home Depot and Lowes and the same sink is still being sold in high end stores for over $1000 +
I don't know if there's a difference in materials and other factors, but I too would never pay that much for bathroom fixtures.
