0 Suspensory bandages come 3 sizes. When they are made the size is at first unknown. Then just before they are labelled and packed an old lady sitting at the packaging belt picks up each one at a time and shoves her fist into each one.
small/it is a tight fit  medium/fits like glove  large/room to wriggle fingers  The nurse then asks poor patient if their 'bits' feel like an old lady has punched them with or without a boxing glove allowing for any swelling..........
