Well having four children that have been four at one time or another, I can unequivocally say that four year olds absolutely have the ability and self control to be able to enjoy a meal anywhere without acting like a ding dong or ruining the experience for other people.
It is not the child that cannot control themselves, it is the parent that doesn't have reasonable expectations for their children, and I might add, if you have a child that doesn't control themselves, take them to the park or Mickey D's, not to a nice dinner establishment.

brilliant idea, Pickles! Thanks. I may even have copies of my old hold harmless agreements from when I had my pony ride business. I can use that as a model. I dont' think this is a legal binding doc if they do sign it but hey, it does say the parents are aware the kid goes in my yard and he is aware of the danger.
