It isn't the only law on the books like that though. Especially across all the states. How's this for stupid: Michigan Law makes it a crime for a married woman to cut her hair without her husband's permission. It isn't enforced, but what the fuck?! Of course, then you look at the date it was codified, and it's back in the early or mid 1800s. Durr!
