Yeah, when I had the couches up there I got the same exact wording too.

First comes this:

Then Later in the day I get this after I told him it was and asked if he wanted to look at it tonight:

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response.I am willing to pay your asking
price.I will pay you with Money Order or cashier check as its the only
way i can pay you at the moment due to the fact that i am away for a
family emergency.I will make arrangement for the pick-up after payment
have been received by you. I dont mind adding an extra $20 just for
you to keep it in my favor.Reply with your full name and address where
payment should be sent,and a phone number where i can reach you.Please
take the posting off craigslist today and consider it sold to me.

So I sent him this reply:

What a coincidence, someone with the exact same wording wanted to buy my couches last month.
Don't waste my time as it's obvious you are a scammer.

Just so you know, everyone is onto you. You're as transparent as my windows.

Do everyone a favor and kill yourself.
