Well now,

The results are impressive and all well and good in the end.

HOWEVER......encouraging this practice is one thing, penalizing and taxing those who will not or cannot feasibly comply is quite another.

Please tell me how in flying fucksticks taxing someone is helping the environment. All that shit is going to accomplish will be to force the persons on the edge out of business or to stuff the coffers of the bureaucrats with the fines from those big enough to afford it. (Read that as pass it along to the consumer in higher prices).

Global friggin' warming is a big assed panic inducing hoax to begin with. Oh sorry.....now it's called "climate change". Why? Because Lord Monkton blew holes in the warming crap!
