0 I know. But that's not going to be determined on the name but things insinuated in the commercial.
Like her sexual habits/relationships. Addiction (milk junkie?) Recklessness anything that can be associated with her character and the fact those traits are used for someone named Lindsay makes it easy under NY law. She should just get a friggin' grip.
