0 Take a close look at the street, it is made to carry water (slopes in from both sides) , when it rains here it really rains it might rain 2 inches in 30 minutes, the street flows like a river, its pretty cool.
I have ran my RC boats in it a few times.

0 Ya it slopes to the middle, otherwise it would run into everyones houses. and the two schools which sit on bothsides of the street.
its runs about 16 inches deep in the middle when it rains hard.
