So I bought this camera for recording the band. It's great outdoors but when you record indoors, it's grainy as hell.

So I find a number to call Sony for tech support. I get some kid with a very heavy *I can't tell what it is* accent who literally has me telling him everything 5 times. When I finally had enough, to make sure I'm in the right, I politely tell him he's making me repeat myself and not getting anywhere with this.
He loses his shit telling me I'm yelling at him.
Seriously? I explained quietly and calmly that if I were yelling at him there would be no mistake about it. Please go calm down and let's get me someone who can actually help me and my situation because as we already figured out, It's not my computer, phone, ipad, iphone or macbook, it's the camera. Despite the settings being all correct, something seems to be wrong in the settings on this camera.
He was having none of it. 68 minutes of hell and he now gives me a reference number and said that someone higher up will be calling me. Yeah, sure they will
I'll be looking into a new video camera for taping matt's shows. I'm so pissed because we had a great show yesterday. They fucking KILLED it and I got nothing to put up unless one of the other band members sends me their video.
Looking into this one now, multi track recording.

My friend's use this one and for the price it seems perfect. I can't keep losing valuable footage.
