If I had the ability to make all of you members of this site AND my other sites without having to join or log in when you visit them, would you like that?

Meaning, you come to TK and log in and you are AUTOMATICALLY logged into the recipe and computer help sites!
NO need to join, introduce yourself or anything. Just log in and you can jump between them and post if you need computer help or want to share a recipe!

And I just realized there will be SOME small issues to iron out with you, such as the merging of users when they have different passwords between the sites and such. We'll figure it out though. My second biggest concern would be users who have different names between the different sites. Like moi. But that can be handled later.

Some people are already members on the recipe site too so we need to think on that too. I guess merging them would be the solution? We can always have the ones with dual membership already make sure their passwords are the same on both sites before I shut it down.

That would work yes. And we can work out how reciprocal/non reciprocal as we design it. To make it fully reciprocal would require the same plugin on both forum, while a one way reciprocation would be that there is a secondary plugin that goes on the "sub" forum and only writes the login cookies for the main site (which do nothing if the person is not actually a member). Would that work?
