0 I find it interesting that you actually have to wait for your fitbit to go shovel.
Your signatures annoy me.

0 Got 15" here where there are no drifts.
Yesterday while it was still snowing and around 11" deep I realized that I needed to run into town. Hell I wanted to see how good the Ram was gonna be anyway so off we went. Fuck me twice and put me away wet! That fucker is every bit as animalistic in snow as Capt Fugly! Consider that my tires barely have any tread left (less than 3/32) and it STILL ran through unplowed roads and drifts like nothing, that sumbitch says "Snow? Where?". Once I get the Cooper AT/3's on it in about 2 weeks I won't worry at all about snow. The PA Turnpike was fubarred out by the Allegheny tunnel and shut down. 3 trucks couldn't make it up and instead of knowing when to say when and hitting the 4 ways then inching back and off to the shoulder, these fuckwits kept trying and ended up jack-knifing. Most of the roads around here are now clear and it's back to business as usual.

0 My Ford never complained about snow. I always keep the snow in the bed right where it was too. Helps with some ballast

0 OK some perspective on what we had to shovel by hand today. STILL need to get to the mailbox but that can be done a little at a time. I'll watch for him and meet him at the curb. The town really should be responsible for mailboxes and fire hydrants.
These are all before we got out and trust me, it's solid ice. I can walk across the tops without sinking more than 4 inches or so. Those berms are 4' x 4' give or take a few inches. ALL FROZEN. This sucks. It was the hour or two of rain that made this hard. The mailbox. What's left is from where it looks "low" to 4' past. they want it clear 4' on each side. Fuckers. The opening has to be in line with the curb and where the street meet or they don't deliver here. fun This is me and my feet standing on top of that mound in the end of the drive. No sinking in! That plastic thing is on the very edge of the curb where the street meets it. My footprints on the 26" high drift behind Matt's truck. Fucker was solid ice.

0 I called the post office this morning and asked them to tell the carrier to blow his horn when he gets to my house and I'll run out and grab the mail. They actually said they'll pass it along but can't guarantee he'll remember. He will.
