OK I want louder cans on the car. I talked to my mechanic yesterday about it and he said to go with Manga Flow and he gave me a link to the site and said that they even have sound bites so you can hear them.

THIS PAGE has the items to fit my car.

I'm liking the sound of the #15152 - a lot.
Click the item to to go to it's page then click the media link on the left.

There isn't much info on the page about them and or what I'd need to put them on the car. It does look like this item goes in after the cat and is an easy swap out that I can most likely do myself, but again, I'm not sure with the info provided. I'll have to have Bobby do the work anyway since there is no way for me to get under the car in my driveway.

So, LK and anyone else in the know, opinions? What else do I need with?
Got a source to buy them cheaper? Right now the Magna Flow site lists AutoZone as my local dealer. Dodgy

If you go to youtube, you should be able to find tons of videos.

If it is just loud you want, you might want to consider Borla. It is fairly easy to make a v8 Mustang loud enough that you will need to upgrade your stereo...

Or maybe you should pimp it out.

I have the CAT back Magna Flow on my Ram.

Sounds great and does well in my opinion.

The one you have picked would be a good one for the Mustang. It's the meanest sounding one offered for your car.

Install will be a cinch.

Auto Zone or Advance Auto should be all but identical in price and will be the cheapest dealers.

Are you still looking at getting the Magna Flow exhaust for the Mustang?

Here's the system I have on the Ram.

Well, a leaking roof prevented me from using the tax return for them, but yeah, I'm still going to do it. I might just put the axel-back easy peasy ones and try to DIY. Gonna have to wait a couple more months for the "other money" we're waiting for to do it.

Hey, if I do this as a DIY project in the driveway, am I going to need shit like blow torches and stuff? Or will hand tools do?

I got ramps that I should be able to back up onto, not so much on the front end though without adding a long piece of wood to extend them.

Blow torch would do nothing. You would need oxy-acetylene. Not for noobs. If you buy something, check their install how to. Probably just need a sawzall or hacksaw at most.
