Well, they didn't even ask me for pictures which tells me they either know it's a problem or they just don't want the public shame. The new guy who registered and hasn't posted yet really isn't having much luck with them. I wish he'd post because it will help get his issue into search engines and help get his problem out there.
I dont' think I'll be buying Kenmore any longer either. My 'fridge is 16 years old and my washing machine is 26 years old, both never needing repair. The dryer went in '13 but that's still a good long run. If Sears wants to get back to being the quality store it used to be, they need to do like I said earlier and make Kenmore themselves again. It was a brand you could trust and NOT have to do all that mind numbing research for an appliance. They built a trust like no other and it's a shame they don't think that was of any value to hang onto.
