0 I think it was all wiped clean. It was a bullshit arrest and the congressman who worked on getting him out said everyone he worked with in Tijuana was wonderful and helpful. THAT I don't buy since he was locked up on bullshit charges for what? 216+ days?

0 I haven't even heard what he was accused of, and if it was bs or not. In TJ, most cops are corrupt anyway. Even the natives know.

0 Some kind of weapons charge - like illegal trafficking or bringing weapons into Mexico illegally.
he was moving from his home state to California to get better treatment for PTSD and he got lost on the road and ended up in Mexico and couldn't find his way back. I don't know what caused him to be arrested but from what I understand it's all been a bunch of bullshit from there. They accused him of spying since he was a US Marine and other things as well. People were skeptical of the 'getting lost' claim and Greta (the ghoul lol) van Susteren from Fox News took a ride on the route he took and she said it is indeed easy to get lost as the roads are all desert and not marked very well.
