0 Lol, twist I have a thalassemia trait so I always have low iron and cant absorb iron properly so I cant take vitamins with alot of iron. On blood tests unless the doctor knows I look like I suffer from anemia but it doesn't really effect me. The white only shows on my thumb nails all my other fingers are "normal" whatever that is.
