0 I think the deal is that the current formula of bath salts / PCP that's circulating on the streets is putting people in to a type of cannibalistic psychosis. Temporarily turning people into crazed zombies like in 28 days later. Now my semi serious thought about it is the government could find out the composition of the drug and mass produce it and use it as a bio weapon.
