Oh, for crying out loud. As if we don't already have enough intellectual feces being spread around there is this: Dinosaur gases 'warmed the Earth'. And found in what has been considered the premiere science journal. And this is what passes for science today? give me a Break!

I just went to WUWT, and he too has something on this lunacy: Climate craziness of the week – paleotootology.

Dinosaurs could have produced more methane than all modern sources

These geniuses forget that all the methane that came out the dinosaur's asses, was not created out of thin air. Obviously it came from plants that drew same out of the atmosphere earlier. This is like that article on Keynesian Superstition where stimuluses are nothing more than drawing a bucket of water from the deep end of the pool and pouring it into the shallow end. And they expect things to change?

And this is what passes for science today, no less.

Oh brother.

Mythbusters debunked this fart theory. Not for greenhouse gasses but something about being in a locked room and creating enough farts to make someone pass out.

They got gassy, sealed themselves in a plexiglass room that was pretty tight and nothing happened. Not even slightly lightheadedness.

So if you can't create enough gas to get sick, how the hell can farts damage the atmosphere?

You know, I think we have something like this posted here but I'm not sure where it would be.

I'm pretty gassy today, I think I will do some of my own "dutch oven" experiments and check the results.

It's too late, John. Global Warming/Climate Change/Mankind is evil is in every science textbook across America, even if it is only very remotely concerning with the issue. If it came out to be bunk, all of it, it would take decades before the effects of misinforming people would die away.

As it stands now, the issue is already firmly entrenched in academia. I got the lectures last week on cow farts and rice paddies melting Greenland. I am sure they'll find a way to stick Dino farts in there somewhere here in a couple of years.

It already has been proven to be bullshit.

Over 10,000 emails between "climate change" scientists were uncovered about a year ago and they were discussing intentionally skewed results. They talked about purposely throwing out results that "didn't fit the model" and tweaking the data to gain the desired result.

I'll search when I have a little time (hopefully later today) and find the information.

Also, the fellow who made the computer model that originally started all this admitted that he simply loaded the program with wild guesses. Again, I'll find the supporting articles.

I believe the dastardly villain you are referring to is one Michael Mann, the fellow who invented the Hockey Stick curve.

I know, not quite the same subject, but those fucking dinosaurs are asking for it.
