That's a scumbag law he proposed. I promise you it's going to pass. In debt, heavily democrat NY will let this go.

The problem is it is NEEDED in the 5 boroughs, but NOT anywhere else in the state. He's intending to rape the state for the extra $$ to fund his idea.

Twist, over the last year cyclists have become an absolute menace in the city. Cocksuckers will run down pedestrians and I know this first hand because I've nearly been hit twice. Monday's trip in I made Matt a promise that if one of them tries to hit me again, I'm kicking that bike.
These pricks carry huge, fat chains - bigger than the one I have for towing and pulling out trees - and they carry them across their shoulder and they will hit cars AND people with them. It's become a culture of rabid cyclists.

Our beloved Cube in the middle of St Marks Place is nothing more than a gigantic bike stand. It's no longer a piece of art. No one has nice bikes. These are all 'rat' bikes and these assholes are fucking militant on the roads. Their behavior is going to ruin it for a whole state. I'd risk Attica too on general principal.

This congressman does not represent you, he represents Queens and is going to impose a city problem on the whole state. What the fuck does some kid up in the Adirondacks riding around in his yard need a fucking license for? This is wrong on so many levels.

My brother hates them too. He drives heavy machines in the city, one with a big ass bucket in the front. When they pass he likes to bang the bucket and scare the shit out of them. Says it works every time.
