Yeah, I've a splitting headache for it too.
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 Just got home from a trip to the theatre with Sue.
It was a brilliant performance of Calender Girls with all well known names and faces from comedy on stage. It was very emotional to say the least of a roller coaster of laughs and tears. The only down side was because the theatre is so old, Sue found her hearing aid was of no use and she struggled to hear the performance. She said she wished they wore mikes, but then laughed, where would they have worn them?

0 I'm not familiar with Calendar Girls. Is it an all nude play? Is that why Sue wondered where they would wear them?

0 The lovely thing is that is was all in suggestion
The film is also very good, but obviously has a bigger story line and the trouble the calender created in the WI (Women's Institute). At the end a banner was lowered to say the 'real' Calender Girls had now raised 3 million pounds! It starts with one of the women's husband dying of Cancer and her group of friends decide to buy a Sofa for the Relatives room because the one already there was really moth-eaten and uncomfortable. At the end of the play Anne (the wife) gets a letter to say the calenders had raised, £500. Then she reads it again £500,000. The comment is, 'blimey, where are we going get a Sofa for £500,000?' A whole new hospital wing has been built for leukaemia suffers since and still supported by WI funds. If you can find the film Joan I strongly recommend it, but have a box of hankies ready, for both of you.

0 Ah it seems that this week is spammer week.
Why do they think they're going to slip in unnoticed and be able to bother us with their stupid sales pitch? I had one on SCD and two here this week. Idiots.

0 It seems like for my first post outside of the "Introductions" thread, this would be the perfect place.
But then, I realized, "what's the point?"

0 Exactly. I thought you had to eat dinner?
