0 I sweat my balls off again today at work, inside, hot, muggy, running an evaporator. I sweat my balls off I tells ya. Yesterday I stepped on the scale as I was walking up to my work area, then after 4 hours of drinking water while I worked, (I bet I drank 5-6 20 ounce bottles) at noon time I stepped on the scale on my way to lunch and still had lost 3 pounds. I'm sweating my balls of there.
