The New Firefox - anyone having caching issues?

Is it only me but is anyone else with the new Firefox having caching issues?

I noticed yesterday Nightmare on the site for over 4 hours logged in and today I'm seeing Neutron logged in now for over 2.

And it's showing that they both were reading the same thread for this whole time.

The only way I was able to clear the cache was to reboot my computer. The clear cache function didn't do it within Firefox.

Keep in mind, I'm using the Mac version so it could be entirely me. But if everyone else is having issues, it's them. I need to find the old version and put that back in until they fix this. I don't like this caching problem.

I actually caved in and did the 4.0 thing, after that, I don't know what you are talking about.

This isn't a computer nerd thing - everyone should know about clearing your browser cache and other routine maintenance things to do on one's computer.

In order:
daily:
Clear temporary internet files
run a virus scan
run a malware scan

Bi monthly:
defrag
disc cleanup
empty temporary files and cache
