0 It's not chewing. It's a lot less tobacco than a cigarette too. Matt's used them when we were in places for a long time and he didn't want to fidget. I tried one, I must say it's odd. They're tiny packets of tobacco product that you just stick between your cheek and gums. It had a tingly-numbing sensation and I can just see the tooth rot happening from prolonged use.
