No one is as good as David for sorting their problems. He is very popular and so was his dad before him. Thankfully we have Mike for the whole time and the customers have got used to him from covering on a Monday, so it has been much easier. We have the nursing home (Tina will call and is abound to find fault with our work next week). There has been lots of drug delays with stock being unavailable from the wholesalers so I've spent so much time soothing patients and faxing companies for items. Then I have to make sure the place is open and shut on time (David problem normally) post opened and the clients behave and the daily figures are complete. I've got a great story but I tell it later.
