I just got back from my ride. I feel like my lungs are going to explode and my head is going to pop! It says it's a low humidity but I swear it's flat wrong. I can see the damn air it's so humid! On the bright side, I am not complaining! I love this shit. I just gotta remember not to bike ride in the hottest part of the day until I'm in better shape.
