Early morning useless post thread

We are still getting snow around buffalo, some parts had about 4 feet the other day.

I have not done one thing Christmas related except to to my Christmas party.

I will have to get a gift for my wife and a box of chocolates for the girls at the deli and I'm thinking about gettin a dunkin doughnuts card for the guy that picks up my trash. I mean it's always wise to stay in good graces with the girls that make your sandwiches and having a buddy that drives a trash truck is never a bad thing.

Excellent. Those gals can look all benign and some will even be a bit chubby, but then you take their class and they will p-own you.

Hey, what is your RHR? My husband had to get his checked for his CDL and his was 50. The dr. was pretty impressed. I bet with all your biking yours is pretty low as well.

I really don't know, I have been told that it is low before though, and when I get the cardio echo test they have a tough time getting my heart rate up to 150 to do the echo.

Take your pulse on your neck for 10 seconds and times it by 6, that will get you pretty close. Inquiring minds want to know.

Hold on....I got 10 in ten seconds, or maybe I was counting the clicks of the clock, but I got out of breath standing up to grab the clock.

That's funny, I will do that too with the counting/clock thing. I will just have someone watch the clock for me while I count beats. HA.
