Soooo guess what happened with this shit?
Let's just say I'm waiting for a call from the company president! They fucked me over again.
So, according to the above letter I sent them a list of items to be replaced. What I wanted to exchange for only was $1 extra than what is owed to me if refunded. So I asked them if there were any extra charges and I got a return saying total extra would be $7.99 so I sent this with my credit card # to them.
On Wednesday I get an email saying they "processed" my returns! NO NO NO! I called and they assured me that my items would be mailed by Friday and not to worry about the email I just got.
Well, expedited returns mean that I should have my items already and I do not. I went to send out an invoice to a customer on PayPal and I see these morons returned my money!!
Fucking morons. They did it in two batches so I'm now out $10 due to the business account with PP.
I called customer service. Mysteriously they have no account of the emails I have sent. Well I reminded her I do. She offered to take a new order - fuck that! I am not ever going to buy anything from them again. How can I? And I so wanted those items on the exchange.
I am now waiting for that asshole president of the company to call me. He's going to get an earful for sure.
