Ok this is taking an obsession a little too far. I can't come down on him completely because of my obsession with Saber from Fate/Stay Night, and I can safely say if i had the money I'd buy a poster, or a figurine of her, don't think I'll ever go that far tho. XD

And just because i feel like it here's a pic of saber. feel free to call me a freak. XD

Their making a Fate/Stay Night movie. It takes it's name from the second of the game's 3 story lines.

Personally i cant wait, FSN is my all time fav visual novel. The characters are good, story line is awesome. I went without sleep for 3 days because i got so caught up reading it XD. I hope this movie will live up to it.

As for the Visual Novel I've been wanting to put it up a download here for ages. I've made an .exe that will install a fully translated copy. It has H scenes so keep an eye out in the hentai section for the download. You'll never here me say this again, but this is one VN that could have done with out the sex, the story is engaging enough that it just wasn't necessary.

Well finally got it in today. It's F-king awesome. A lot better than the tv series. Only real complaint i have is Shinji Ikari is still a whiny little bitch, but that's the only thing that got on my nerves.

The animation quality is top notch, soundtrack as well. You really get a feel for the size of the angles, the eva's, and the power they can wield. Although this movie follows the original tv series. The ending makes it clear that there will be some big differences. It seems their making the plot more direct and less of a mindfuck like the first one.

This movie tackles the first 3 Angels from the original series, the last of them Ramiel gets a huge overhaul and becomes something considerably more awesome then being just a giant floating diamond. The fight with it got the hair on the back of my neck to stand up.

Basic outline of the plot.
Evangelion is an apocalyptic mecha action series which revolves around the efforts by the paramilitary organization Nerv to fight monstrous beings called Angels, primarily using giant mecha called Evangelions which are piloted by select teenagers, one of whom is the primary protagonist.

I'm not recommending this movie, I'm telling you to watch it, even if you didn't like the TV series this is worth the watch.

NGE has a fairly rare take on mecha, Their organic with the heavy armor to control them as much as protect them.
