Okay, here's the way he thinks... we get our appraisals every year and supervision has the option of giving us a small cash award or some comp time. One year he didn't get either, so he decided he'd give himself 80 hours or so of free time to make up for it. He's actually bragging about this in the office a little while ago... he'd take off around midday and hope they couldn't track him down. Yeah, that's an employee that excels alright... excels at being a god damn slacker.
